Interview with Haven Madison

We had the pleasure of interviewing Haven Madison over Zoom video!

American Idol star, praised as the “next big Pop star” by one of the best-selling music artists in history, Katy Perry, Haven Madison recently released her latest single ‘Obsessed’ via 19 Recordings/BBR Music Group. The song follows the release of Madison’s label-debut EP, Turn Off All The Lights.

Most recently teasing the song in her live set, while on tour with New Hope Club, Madison is currently on the Young & Out of Love Tour with fellow American Idol fan-favorites Blake Proehl, Kaibrienne, and KAYKO - hitting major markets across the US including Los Angeles, New York City, Nashville, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Seattle, and more. 

The immensely honest lyricist, powerhouse vocalist, gifted multi-instrumentalist and captivating entertainer continues to showcase her prowess as a performer, bringing her electrifying live show and formidably confident setlist to fans, along with previewing even more new music.

Madison said, “I think ‘Obsessed’ was such a healing song for me. To be in the room with such incredible, talented and experienced writers, they encouraged me to take negativity and turn it into a compliment by allowing it to drive me instead of damage me. I wanted to record it because I hope it empowers other young creatives like it did us the day we made it. I can’t wait to play it on tour and dance any disdain right off our backs.
