Interview with Arrows in Action

We had the pleasure of interviewing Arrows in Action over Zoom video!

Arrows in Action recently release their DEBUT album, Built to Last!

The three-piece was formed in Gainesville, FL in 2017 and has since quickly become a band to watch within the pop-rock scene. Built to Last chronicles a coming of age story that brings listeners on a rollercoaster of emotions and conflicts that you encounter as you try to find your place in the world.

Produced and mixed by longtime collaborator Dan Swank, the record is filled with a swirling blend of angular indie-rock, ‘80s electric sheen, and saccharine alt-pop with emotive lyrics that tackle life’s growing pains such as heartbreak, backstabbing, nostalgia and regret.

Life has been the band’s biggest teacher, and one of the biggest lessons they’ve learned is that life is constantly changing, but as long as you have people around you that support you, you’ll make it through whatever life decides to throw at you. With their incredibly loyal fanbase both on and off TikTok, they’ve built a supportive, tight-knit community that is ready to join them for the long haul.

This record is just the beginning for Arrows in Action. With Built to Last, the trio cements their place in the scene and prove they’re here stay and dare we say… built to last? (*ba dum tss*)
