We had the pleasure of interviewing Ferris & Sylvester over Zoom!
Ferris & Sylvester is a powerful iconic duo of the 21st century based in the United Kingdom. What’s not to love? Having a heart for folk and blues, these two, Issy Ferris and Archie Sylvester, just blend their evocative lyrics with the beat as they strum the guitar. Their catchy tracks go way back to the mid-60s vibe that just gets the people to hook to the music they want to play. Ferris & Sylvester met each other three years ago at a Spiritual Bar.
To put their music for the people to hear, they released their debut EP titled Made In Streatham. This first EP was creatively recorded and produced within their flat. Since then, the release of their songs went continuous with Flying Visit and Sickness being out there for the world to hear. With their talent for songwriting being collaborative, the emotions blend efficiently and effortlessly. Touring for 18 months allowed them to build the name and make it bold in the blues, Americana, rock and roll, and acoustic music scene.
