Hillhaven emerged, seemingly out of nowhere, in April of 2024 - and with some pretty familiar faces.

A lineup revealing names such as Ricky Armellino (Ice Nine Kills, HAWK, Ex- This Or The Apocalypse), Maty Madiro (From Ashes to New) and Jimmy Bennett (Ex-I Set My Friends On Fire), and featuring a surprising position shift from prominent stage guitarist Chris Kelly (rumored to be in Babymetal's band / ex. Galactic Empire) on vocals, Hillhaven caught the attention of several major fanbases in a matter of hours.

On April 19, 2024, Hillhaven released its debut single, "Damned to Dream", which seemed to quickly grab the attention of many notable publications. This fierce, driven metalcore anthem, sports an infectious "Octane"-worthy hook, seemingly tailor-made for fans of bands like Architects, Beartooth and Polaris. If this is any sign of what's to come, it's safe to say that Hillhaven is going to be a big Best-New-Band contender for 2024.
